Hey guys! First, I'll address where the name Giraffe Kiss came from. My fiance and I are rather weird, and one day we were sitting on the couch watching Deadliest Catch when he licked my face. Yes, licked my face. In utter shock, I turned around and asked him what that was for. He smiled, put his hands on my shoulder, and announced, "Why, that was a giraffe kiss!" So now it's my favorite phrase ever, and a suitable name for a cattery, methings.
Anyway, I am Heather. I'm awesome, only not really. I'm 19 and have lived in Mississippi my whole life. That's going to change in August when I marry my fiance (who is a soldier and lives in Alaska and whom I haven't seen since January 5th!) and move to Alaska with him. I'm really super excited! I'm an English major, theater minor but will be taking a year off the year after getting married. I love scrapbooking, drawing, anything crafty really, my pets, DISNEY (I don't think you'll find a bigger fan of the animated movies), acting, writing, Harry Potter, and murder mysteries.
